Shipping and return policy
In the event that your product purchased from www.isbjj.com is the wrong size, color, etc. and needs to be replaced, you will have 14 days from the day that it was received to send it back for either a replacement or exchange minus shipping cost. The product must be returned the way it was received (unworn, unwashed, and clean). We are unable to accept used items. Some returns may require a 20% restocking fee. In the event the item you purchased from www.isbjj.com product is defective or is the wrong item, please send it back. We may send you a shipping label or the shipping fee will be refunded and the order will be corrected. All return forms must come with a complete explanation of the problem.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Store credit is valid for 3 months.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. This ensures your order will be given priority and corrected in a timely manner. The returned product will be evaluation and if the item is as new (unworn, unwashed, and clean) we will email you with information regarding your credit. Please allow about 5 working days after your product is received for this process.
We may ask you for additional information or pictures of the product.
Factors that invalidate the warranty coverage of www.isbjj.com:
Lack of manufacturing defect;
Improper use of the product;
Washing and inadequate maintenance;
Natural wear and tear due to prolonged use of the product;
Customization or severely altering the product.
www.isbjj.com uses USPS for order shipment. We will contact you via email with information for shipment. Additional information may be required.
All orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business day. Orders placed on Friday after 5PM (eastern time), may be shipped on the following Monday. Standard ground shipping takes 3 to 5 business days. Orders placed before 5 PM (eastern time) may be shipped same day, however orders placed after 5PM (eastern time) will be shipped on the next business day. This excludes Saturday and Sunday. Once the order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your total and USPS tracking number. Please make sure to double check if all shipping and billing information is correct.
There could be a delay in your order if we are unable to verify your shipping/billing information or any other information required. www.isbjj.com is not responsible for delayed time taken to receive your order due to natural causes of temperature and/or USPS services.
www.isbjj.com is not responsible for any lost or stolen item left by USPS. If there is no signature required, USPS delivery may leave the package at your door.
